This solution will keep all information relating to events in one easily managed area, accessible anywhere, anytime in a secure area.
For example, public speakers travelling the world can keep an eye on their itinerary, travel arrangements, event preparation notes etc maintained by their staff. The speaker's own post event notes can then be added to the event online. Products (eg CDs, books etc) can be assigned to an event and tracked (sold, gifted). Contacts related to the event can be stored also.
