BACKGROUND
 onnect5 is an Australian company that was established when several consultants
experienced with the Infor(Geac) SmartStream application realised the potential of providing Infor(Geac) customers
with hands on service and a level of local support that was not currently
available under the traditional support model offered by International
software vendors.
In order to maximise the benefits from a product like SmartStream it
is essential that the customer engage the appropriate professional services
that understand how to apply the application to their business. There
is a huge difference between understanding the features of the software
to that of actually applying the product to the organisation.
Our consultants and support staff have over 20 years of combined experience
in providing relevant, innovative and professional services to customers
that either have or are considering implementing Infor's(Geac) SmartStream
application.
This knowledge only comes from experience and our consultants have presided over more than 40 installations and implementations of SmartStream dating back to version 2 of the product.
